Adolescent IOP is offered both in person and virtually, for youth ages 13-17. Adolescent IOP utilizes the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Zones of Regulation. IOP is a comprehensive treatment for individuals suffering from mental illness or substance use disorder. We offer a primary mental health track or a dual diagnosis track for individuals with underlying mental health and an additional substance misuse. The program is offered for 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.

The program at Hendricks Behavioral Hospital is designed to support teens who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, and other mental health concerns that are impacting their day to day life, academics and more. IOP provides programming geared towards assisting individuals in identifying their individual triggers and developing a personalized plan for self-regulation.

Individuals may schedule a time to come in person or virtually for their free assessment for IOP by contacting our outpatient department at 317-406-8626 or by calling 844-991-9900 and asking for the outpatient department.
